The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. You may request from us a copy of personal data we hold on you.
In accordance with GDPR we give you the option to opt out of emails.
To do so please contact online@leavalleycc.co.uk or unsubscribe directly from an email sent from us. We will not share data with any third party (anyone outside of your club) for any reason (except British Cycling to confirm Membership, where the data originates) and will not use it for marketing purposes unless we get the explicit consent of the club member to do so.
We will not use email or newsletter functionality to advertise our own or any third party’s commercial business unless these are directly connected to the club by way of a registered sponsorship agreement and then such information will only be included if it is relevant and appropriate for club members and it will be made clear to the club member why the information is included.
An example would be that, as part their sponsorship of the club, the local bike shop would like to offer club members 10% off all purchases.
